- Eat breakfast – set yourself up “right” at the beginning of the day.

- Make time for self – see self as worth it.

Great reminder. I am reading a book called “Honoring the Body” that Jonalyn recommended on a blog awhile back. It’s a beautiful book to make self care an integral part of our spiritual and physical life!
